"Our stay exceeded our expectations! The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The pool and BBQ were awesome, and the kitchen had everything we needed! Bedding, fans, air-conditioning units, appliances, everything was clean, in good condition, and worked exactly as it should.Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the house and felt right at home. This is all the more exceptional considering a full day hunkered down during Hurricane Lala! Having such a comfortable, well-equipped place made an unusual vacation day surprisingly enjoyable!Communication with our hosts was excellent throughout our stay. It was clear, direct, friendly, and very prompt whenever we needed anything.Overall, the property lived up to everything advertised and then some. We had a wonderful family vacation and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting Kauai. Five stars without hesitation!"

"The front desk was great and check in was smooth, very warm and welcoming. I ended up just going out all night to a night market and getting in late. Unfortunately I had an issue with the room I got and did not realize until late at night in which there was nothing the property can do at that point, but the next morning I let the front desk know and they were able to quickly get another room cleaned in a different building. That room worked out fine, but it did rain and I ended up with a few extremely tiny geckos that were able to crawl in through the cracks. I did do an entire condo vacuuming when I arrived because I was a bit paranoid of bugs and luckily I did. There must have been some guests who ate in bed because there was a lot of things getting vacuumed up around the bed, especially where both side tables were. Im glad there was a vacuum in the closet and I didn't mind vacuuming. One other small thing was that there was a cat paw print on one of the pillows. That was a bit weird, but there were plenty of pillows and a washer/dryer in the bathroom. I also always bring a pillowcase with me. It wasn't exactly the cleanest place, but visually it looked clean overall. Not a very modern condo, but I didn't mind that. It was a pretty large 1 bedroom w/kitchen, dining table and TV/living room. Walking up was a little bit of a challenge with my big suitcase, the walkway was a bit uneven in some areas and it was just stairs to get to the different floors."

"Unbelievable Princeville home! So accommodating for our large family! AC in every room was heavenly at the end of the day! Home was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. You can tell that put a lot of thought and effort into making it just right. A little piece of paradise. We will be back to stay!"

"Our 4th trip to Princeville first backpacking Napali Coast in 1980.Home suitable for family gatherings and handy walking to Village, beach and golf course. No AC but plenty of fans and breezes to make it comfortable.Pool was a hit and beach equipment great for a day at beach.Super quit neighborhood with back facing open area."
