"初めて花巻温泉利用させていただきました。スタッフの対応はとても素晴らしいです。施設は老朽化していますが、リニューアルなど手が入っていました。3つの温泉ホテルが廊下で接続していてどちらの温泉風呂も利用できました。敷地が広大で車中泊の方の駐車場があるのには驚きました。食事も混雑しすぎていないのでビュッフェスタイルでも楽しんで食事ができました。敷地内にドラッグストアやお土産屋さんなどもありました、特にチェックアウト時にベーカリーで購入した栗入りのあんぱんが美味しかったです。栗駒高原ハイキング時に食べました。花巻温泉はまた訪れたい場所になりました。"
