"The restaurant at the first floor was so delicious. Both the free breakfast buffet and the paid for dinner were fulfilling! The staff was very helpful and friendly, hailing me a taxi with an English speaking driver. We had a wonderful conversation!
The staff also properly stored my luggage while I went to the museums within the area."

"Staff was super nice at this property. Service was top of the line. They even drove us up and down the road even though we could've walked.
Food was delicious, elaborate, and made with superb craftsmanship. Room was so comfortable probably one of the most comfortable ryokans we have stayed at. Private open air bath was perfect with snowing outside!"
