環境舒適、員工有禮服務不錯。房屋整潔、早晚餐好吃又豐富、溫泉環境也很好、也有happy hour免費提供飲料。雖然價錢略貴但提供到相對的住宿體驗。

Staff was super nice at this property. Service was top of the line. They even drove us up and down the road even though we could've walked. Food was delicious, elaborate, and made with superb craftsmanship. Room was so comfortable probably one of the most comfortable ryokans we have stayed at. Private open air bath was perfect with snowing outside!

Worth a 3rd visit!

It was my second stay at Yusen Shidate, because I had such a great time relaxing here. When a place is well looked after and staff go the extra mile for guests, it's definitely noticeable and give this onsen inn the extra touch of gold. Mealtimes were ranked very high up along with the private hot spring tub...every dish was carefully prepared and local produce and ingredients were used as much as possible. Definitely enjoyed their local milk during breakfast! Given the chance, I would certainly visit this hot spring inn again!

食事・温泉に満足。

部屋は広くて快適。　食事は個室で掘りごたつ状で座りやすい。　和食は食材が良く吟味され、おいしい和食でした。　温泉は露天付きの個室だったが、大浴場の岩風呂もとても気持ちよかった。　　ホテル志度平と建物は廊下でつながっているため、（ホテル志度平の客は游泉　志だてには来れないので、独立性は保たれている）、ホテル志度平の夜のアトラクションも見に行くことができる。　　津軽三味線の演奏を聞かせてもらったが、アトラクションは日替わりにて鹿踊りの日もあり、多彩である。 　職員の対応・話し方が丁寧かつ自然であり、媚びた感じがせず、とても気持ちよく滞在できた。 　バイキング食事ではなく個別にゆっくりと食事をするなら、「游泉　志だて」は非常に質の高い食事であり、おすすめです。
