“Great location and clean rooms”

“Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Big rooms. Stayed with them multiple times. Always lots of communication from the host. Cant beat the price for what you get.”

“Great place right downtown!”

“It is not a great first impression as there are empty storefronts in the building, and there was a bike parked right in the way when we first walked in the front door. BUT, it is a very good value. We visited our son for Parent's Weekend at MTU and did not want to pay the high hotel prices. This property is clean and had what we needed. ”

“Clean and as stated”

“First, on the check-in process. I missed an email in my box two days before we left on the trip, That one explained what we needed to do in order to gain entry into the unit. That left me calling in order to do so. Response was excellent and timely, so overall, I need to give myself an "error" on the check-in. “The property is under renovation and will be nice when completed.”

“Worked well for snowmobiling! Vernon was very accommodating. ”

“Very nice place to stay really open and convenient. Check in was easy and effortless. Had all the basic things you need for a stay. Quiet location. Would rent again if we come back around.”

The bedrooms were tastefully decorated, with platform and mattress beds, that are fairly comfortable. The kitchen was decently stocked with utensils and cookware, but there was evidence of a lack of attention by the cleaning crew. The microwave was dirty and there was mess left behind from previous tenants. The……

“We enjoyed our stay here for Husky graduation weekend. It's an easy 10 minute drive from downtown or campus, in the quiet town of South Range. There are 2 friendly bars with food, and an excellent breakfast/lunch restaurant within walkin distance. I would stay again. ”

“Staying with at the Mill was a perfect place! Just outside of town but close enough to easily get anywhere! Winston and I had a great time and hope to be back soon!”
