観光名所である西湖から少し遠かったですが環境も悪くはなく掃除のおばあさんがとても愛想よくて良い旅にはなりました。アメニティも揃っており快適な空間ではあります。予約時にデビットカードの情報を登録したのですがカードには請求が来ないと書かれているにもかかわらず金額が引き落としされていました。問い合わせてみたところ、デポジットとしての請求であるためチェックアウト時には振り込まれるという返信を頂きました。そこまでは良いものの、チェックアウトから１週間弱経っても振込がされません。備品を壊したりルームサービス等は受けていません。つまり私は料金を2倍払っているようです。その件についても問い合わせてはいますがまだ返答が来ておらず不安しか覚えません。国を跨いでいますし大変なのは重々承知ですが、もう少し対応を早くして頂きたいと思いました。心配性の方にはあまりおすすめ出来ませんが、内装も立派で価格はお手頃なので泊まる価値はあると思います。

Good value for the location

Clean, close to xihu, close to Subway stop. No AC in late October/early November. Have to open window to cool the room. Have to close the window to sleep because of street noise. Bed is a bit on the soft side. In general, good place.

Tourist hotel type

Not very closed to the lake area. Not convenient for taxi to get in because I'd subway construction site just outside the premises. Front desk staff even refuse to call cab for guest, and we have to carry our bags a long way before getting a cab.
