我們訂購露台房，到取房才知露台房全在二、三層，都沒有湖景。最後換到七層較細的房間才何望到西湖。在訂房時已要求在高層及有湖景，到了才酒店在網頁應寫清楚，否則，以房價算並不便宜。

離西湖近、餐點好吃、服務周到
訂了兩間房，一間普通家庭房在前台辦理入住時被升級成了蜘蛛俠家庭房，孩子很喜歡，另一間海洋親子房，上下舖的床孩子也很喜歡。進房後遇到了朱管家，熱心地介紹我們西湖好玩的地方，還送上了水果和龍井茶。八樓的餐廳可俯瞰西湖全景，餐點質量不錯。早餐品項豐富，特別是現煮的餛飩和小蔥麵十分美味。距離西湖很近，步行五分鐘即可到達，距離游船的乘船點少年宮也不遠。唯一的不便就是距離風起站地鐵約十分鐘路程，當天遇到大雨推著行李走起來感覺路途更遙遠了。

愉快旅程
已經是第三次來杭州了，這次和長輩到西湖遊玩，為了方便老人家，選擇西湖附近的酒店。經朋友介紹我們訂了望湖賓館，訂房前我也閱讀網上對望湖酒店的評語，認為很適合我們入住。酒店的地理位置很方便，我們從機場坐計程車到酒店需要40分鐘，從酒店過馬路已到西湖，往武林夜市只需要數分鐘，再走數分鐘可到鳳起路的地鐵站，可以坐1號或2號路線。我們未到達酒店前，前臺員工已替我接收了一份快件，辦事效率很高。到達酒店後，未到入住時間，前臺員工很快替我們完成入住手續。酒店設有商務中心，商務中心女員工服務態度很好，很細心有耐性的協助我填寫快遞表格及替我存放保管，節省了很多時間。住宿期間，酒店的禮賓服務很好，員工很有禮貌，熱心的替我們安排叫車，對於我們這些國外的遊客，提供了很好的服務。酒店大堂很高大，原來已開業了32年，近年從新裝修了，一點也看不出陳舊的感覚。酒店房間很清潔、舒適。原本的空調設置的溫度有點高，後來讓管房服務員重新調校，溫度已經適合了。 在酒店8樓的中餐館吃了一頓美味的晚餐，是吃杭州菜，味道很好，價格合理，份量也很足夠，是我們在杭州吃過最好吃的餐館。本來還想多吃次，可惜餐館被包場了，只能下次品嘗了。我們訂房時已含早餐，早餐的種類很多，我們還吃了東坡肉，味道不錯，只可惜有些餸菜有點涼，需要改善。

L'hotel non è nuovissimo ma nel complesso mi sono trovato davvero alla grande. Innanzitutto appena arrivati abbiamo avuto la splendida sorpresa di un "free upgrade" ad una suite, fantastica. Posizione ottima, proprio sul west lake e a 2 passi dal mercato notturno con la food court. Se dovessi tornare ad hangzhou sceglierei nuovamente questo hotel. Tutto perfetto.

Perfect located Chinese style luxury
We visited Hangzhou for two nights having a short break from the hectic Shanghai. Loved the city and the Impression West Lake Show. A must visiting Hangzhou! Lovely hotel and staff. The lavish breakfast buffet convinced us to stay an extra night. The staff's limited knowledge of English was compensated by a charming approach. Perfect location next to the water for a hike around the lake and just a 10 minutes walk to the closest tube station. A big bonus was the fast WIFI connection. Highly recommended if you want to go China Style instead of boring Western business hotel standard.

Fair hotel, quite convenient
Wasn t our first choice but we booked quite late. Nice hotel, not brand new but . Rooms are small but clean and in good status. Gym is quite ok. Quite close to the West Lake and walking distance to shopping area. Good deal for the price. note that the name changed to ZTG which was quite confusing to find it.

Really close to the Lake, welcoming and helpful staff. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Our friend took us to the hotel restaurant as he said they had some great traditional Chinese dishes, absolutely wonderful food so much flavour from the soup to desert 10 out of 10. Would return here again. Coffee shop within in the hotel and makes great coffee.

Please Google "China Scam" if you are visiting. The hotel was nice with a special Chinese look and feel which we were looking for. The lobby lounge is more of a tea place. They do have limited beer and wine and you have to ask for the beer to be cold otherwise you will get it warm. The A/C in our room didn't work but we didn't ask them to fix it or move us since we were only there 2 nights and the first night was chilly out so it didn't bother us. The location was good and was within walking distance to the lake and shopping and plenty of options for eating.

讚好：整潔度、職員與服務、住宿狀況和客房舒適度
만족스러운, 저녁식사는 나가서 하는 게...
리셉션, 룸매니저, 컨시어지에서는 영어로 소통하는 데 전혀 문제가 없었으나 중식 레스토랑에서는 소통이 어려웠다. 레이크뷰를 강조했지만 손님이 없는데도 불구하고 창문 자리는 주지 않았고 또한 불분명한 메뉴판 덕분에(항저우 스타일 딤섬은 도넛빵이었다^^;) 실망스러운 저녁이었다. 레스토랑을 제외하곤 매우 만족스러운 숙박이었다. 조식도 상당한 퀄리티, 다양한 메뉴들이 좋았다.
