“Staff was almost non-existent. Booked through Expedia with my service animal, the day i checked out I was confronted at 10:00 saying I would have to pay a pet deposit and cleaning fee for each day. I explained my animal is medically certified and was not a violation. I was forced to pull up and display my service animal certificates and reluctantly they waived any extra charges, but then at 10:30 there was a knock at the door with the man saying "times up, get out!" I've never been treated so……

“My bed had bed bugs. Told the staff, she laughed. I did not ask to change rooms. I was checked out the next day. I sleep on the top sheet”

“I stayed at this place for two days, and honestly, I was pleasantly surprised! It was super cheap, very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommended!”

“Room card key repeatedly did not work on exercise room. Wifi sign in and security issues and ended up not using at all. From second floor room only one emergency fire exit stairwell at one extreme end of building Good breakfast buffet. Excellent mexican/cajun restaurant next door. ”

“I got the room for two nights but the beds was to hard we check out early. I let the front desk know and all she could say was " well most people like hard beds" didnt try to make it rite just said its after check out so i got to charge you for a full day . The trash out side was over filled. Asked about the pool they said no cause something about the motor but the next day someone told us that there was clearer in the pool. I dont believe we will staying here again. ”
