“We stayed in a family suite on the 28th floor which was provided with a laundry to the residence for the same floor. It was perfect to us, as a family of five, we have a lot of clothes to take care of. More, the room has a beautiful city and harbor view as we look out of the windows. The hotel staffs always greets with happy smiles, and the breakfast buffet offers a great range of quality food. We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. ”

“Convenient location, from union train station, u can go all the way covered to the hotel. Modern design with modern art throughout, including outside of building walls. With all essentials needed for traveller. Staff at concierge are friendly and helpful. ”

“Lobby was very nice and clean. Oddly set up but that’s just my opinion. Staff were nice and friendly, easy to understand. Room was decent enough. View was AMAZING. Location is absolutely perfect for going to a show at Scotiabank or Rogers Centre. Parking garage onsite was a bonus as well! ”
