「Grand Sol Hanoi GSH, is a reasonably new hotel looking to make an impact on a congested Hanoi hotel scene. I stayed for 6 nights and can wholeheartedly recommend GSH. An excellent front of house team, David, Jamie and Tank, with rest of the team offering a super clean service, an excellent comprehensive breakfast, in a lovely relaxing environment, with an albeit small but lovely roof top pool. Sure there is street noise, but hey, you are in the middle of Hanoi, a city which thrives. The beauty...

「Very cozy room, nicely designed, bright and clean, all hardware is in good condition, comfy bed, good breakfast on rooftop with open balcony, good location, near Hang Ma street, close to the main road going to the airport direction, will come back 」

「The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The common area is somewhat uncomfortable, and you can hear everything from the common room while you are inside your unit, and also, everyone can hear everything from your unit while in the common area. So, there isn’t much privacy here.」

「This was my second stay. The room’s décor and amenities were classic, and the space was clean and quiet. Once settled in, I didn't even want to leave. The staff were warm and proactive, and the location was excellent.」

「Clean」

「Perfect for what we needed, right in the Center of everything walking distance to all attractions. Room was clean, nice AC, kind owner. Great place to stay!」

「The team were very helpful in assisting us booking activities and giving suggestions on places to go. The hotel was lovely and good breakfast, definitely bang for buck. Also in walking distance from so many dining and shopping options, did not need to use a grab! Definitely would come back to visit Ms Lee in Hanoi next time, thank you guys for a beautiful stay!」

「Staff was great. Extremely welcoming and helpful. Big thanks to Paolo, Jacky, and Edward. Appreciated the location for being a little quieter, but close enough to get everywhere we wanted to go by foot, or a quick grab. Nice room.」

「Best place I’ve stayed at Hanoi. I’m surprised that it wasn’t more for the location and the fact you staying in a one bedroom apartment. Everything exceeded my expectations」
