You have to think twice if you have large checked in luggages but hotel staff are there to help you with your luggages during check out. Breakfast is decent but served in another location. "

"From the minute they spotted us making our way to the hotel, the staff of the Grand Hotel du Lac did everything they could to give us a fabulous experience. They were warm, professional and efficient and served with their heart. The hotel is comfortable and well situated near the lake and old town. The breakfast is varied and delicious and the service was excellent. If you visit the rooftop bar, you must try the gin basil smash. It is amazing!"

Jolene at the booking counter was so amazing. She lined up a tour that was great and helped us find a private car to our next destination. Highly recommend this hotel. "
