“The room was amazing and well kept , and the receptionist was very helpful. The only issues I had was find the hotel as it is hidden away past the alley way. Drivers wont be able to take you directly but will drop off at the street so expect a 3 min walk from the road to hotel. ”

“The hotel is very pretty itself and the environment in the hotel is wonderful. There is a sky bar where you can enjoy a chill night. The room is cozy and decorated in a 5 stars hotel way. The cup broke when we poured some boiled water. One of the air conditioners did not work and the room is hot. Staff is super helpful and its service is highly appreciated. When I reflected the situation to the staff, he arranged a new cup to us immediately and swapped a new room for us in short. The breakfast……

“Amazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the old town, a lot of food and shopping street nearby. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. Most of all, this place is value for money ”

“The rooms were comfort and clean. The rooms were set up like small apartments, so it was lovely having a kitchen and a large refrigerator to use. Also, the hotel is right in the heart of the old quarter, close to everything. It’s tucked away down a side street, so it is very quiet at night. The staff was also wonderful. Especially Thomas. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here. ”

“位置比較難找, 離鬧區要走路一小段, 晚上出行較不方便, 但房間無可挑剔, 床品是我在河內睡到最舒適的一間, 飯店走環保路線較少一次性備品, 對我不是問題, 非上班時間進出雖然沒有接待員, 但Host隨時在線上服務, 入住一切問題都能得到解決”

“Note that although this hotel looks very near the train station on the map, it is on the wrong side of it for passenger boarding, so you have to walk about 10 minutes around the (long) block. Other than that and its location on a very busy road with no meaningful sidewalk (which is hardly unique in hanoi), this is a great place: clean, nicely decorated, huge bed (in our room, anyway :)”

“The unit is lovely—comfortable bed, deep tub, rain shower, smart tv, kitchenette, balcony. I stayed here for a good while (2.5 weeks) and I had a cold for about a week of that so I spent a lot of time in the room. It was very pleasant. The housekeeping is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes they’d take the bathroom garbage out but leave the kitchen garbage. Sometimes they’ll change towels regularly but other times, they would go like a week without doing that. But honestly it wasn’t a big deal.……

“常常來河內出差都會選擇老城區的住宿，出城交通雖然會比較塞。但對於辛苦工作回到飯店還要覓食，選在老城區是方便的。 飯店位置很好，附近有很多美食。 飯店裡的服務人員都很好，尤其是櫃檯的接待Jacob, 會說流利的英文外，笑容可掬，非常親切。 在這裡住了六天，早餐很棒、房間很乾淨～ 下次來會再住這裏”
