“This property is dated—-what you’re paying for is its location: if you get the right unit here( they are individually owned) then you I’ll be happy. Otherwise it’s really a crapshoot- out of 4 units - over 2 separate stays - only 1 unit truly was worthy of the experience. The room was clean- the kitchen stocked with items one would need- the bathroom was also well equipped - moreover this owner takes pride in their ownership. “There was no hot water in the shower, no lights in the hallway, bathroom sink or kitchen, the kitchen stove did not work and was rusted, there was a broken washing machine in the kitchen, no lights in the bathroom (I had to take a cold shower in the dark), the patio door didn't lock, the air conditioners filter was completely clogged. The lights in the entire apartment were too bright. The host was attentive via what's app and she admitted that the unit needed overdue repairs. The unit that I……

“This property is quite nice, the location is perfect for the strip, the direction using Mobay club is not the best one to use that makes the property hard to find. In the en-suite the shower was broken very little water and timescale filled, balcony doors did not close with a lock and found roaches in the cupboard. ”
