“Excellent stay at this property. The best staff and great food!”

“We stayed at princess senses mangrove from May 1-4 2026 to celebrate my birthday and at first sight the room and property were beautiful. The hot tub on the balcony looked just like the photos but when we went to use it rust from the knobs we’re floating in the water brown rust, but we still loved the room itself the the staff treated us well. On day two is when the issues started the power went out during the afternoon and my husband got stuck in the elevator while I was on the beach (the beach……

“My wife and I have been there twice. 3 weeks ago was our last time. We love the fact that it's not so big and you feel like you're part of the family there instead of just another big resort. The beach is directly across the street and is the most calm and beautiful waters we have been to. There is a Starbucks directly across the street which was different and nice to have. And the food was amazing. We will definitely be making it one of our three trips a year.”

“Best bathroom I’ve encountered in my travels - the deep soaking tub and extra large shower with 3 separate areas with shower heads were divine! Beach was beautiful and the food was very good. Consistently had decent eating options as a plant based diner. Highly recommend!”

“Good afternoon! I left a separate review for the restaurant, since it is owned by the same person! The hotel is nice and cozy. The rooms are nice and spacious. The hubby and I had a nice room with a great view since the beach is literally right across the street. The staff is very kind and helpful! However, we couldn’t connect to any of our apps on the television. We were limited to watch 4 or 5 channels. There’s a liquor boutique store within the hotel but it wasn’t open. It probably would have……

“We have been to Jamaica at least 10-15 times and have stayed at several AI resorts throughout the island. Cons: This was my least favorite and I’d consider it a 3 star at best. Resort is a ghost town after 9/10pm. Need more nightly activities for the 20-40ish crowd. Piano bar gets old. Need to add foam parties, more genres of music, karaoke on stage and on a weekend. Pros: The staff(Amay, Cori, Moesha & Dean were all fabulous & went above and beyond. The ocean/beach are amazing with fun/free……

“From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was special. The owner personally welcomed us, and the doorman was sweet—honestly, everyone working here was topnotch. They take care of everything you need. The Welcome & Dining: We checked in early & offered wine upon arrival, and dinner at the restaurant was yum—tasty food with a stunning ocean view.
