"The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was hot"

"The inn was so nice, especially since it snowed over night! The staff is super friendly, the property is really quaint and clean, and the breakfast in the morning was quite good! The Quechee Inn is definitely a hidden gem hiding in plain sight!"

"The room I was given was horrible, I made sure I booked a room with two beds and I was given one bed. I didn’t get an explanation as to why. The room had terrible cracks on the sink, bathroom door was dirty, it smelled like smoke and it gave me an instant headache. I was moved to another room that was not better but had no choice as my daughter had a swim competition. The sheets on the bed were not clean and we were very itchy and couldn’t sleep comfortably. This morning before check out we were getting ready and the cleaners tried to come in. We were both getting dressed and if we didn’t have the latch on they would have come right in. This is by far the worse experience ever. I was definitely disappointed. I will not recommend this place or stay here again. "

"Staff was graciously accomodating of our last-minute accessibility requests! Room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and we love that it had a kitchen. The location is super convenient too! Groceries, dining, a liquor store, and Starbucks were all within walking distance, so we rarely had to leave the immediate area. We travel to Lebanon often for ongoing medical care at Dartmouth, and this is our second time staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott. It was well worth it for the convenience and the amenities. We will definitely be returning!"

"I had a great stay at the Norwich Inn. The staff was amazing, the property was beautiful, and the room was wonderful. I slept very well, enjoyed the food, and loved the relaxing common areas with their warm fires."

"Great breakfast, and pool / hot tub. Atrium with coy pond and turtles inside. Close to everything. Multiple rooms have massage chairs. Gift shop was stocked well too."
