「I was disappointed with the room.It definitely needed a refurbishing since it looked old and tired. The bathroom was particularly disappointing with a great deal of work to bring it to the star rating. The spa too could do with a facelift. The one place that I felt was 5 star was in the dinning room with the chef and the catering manager taking the accolade,overall a lovely place to stay at.」

「飯店還算新，服務人員很好，雖然飯店離主要市區有點遠，但因飯店有小巴士，隨時可載你下去或回飯店，所以一點都不覺得不方便。早餐雖然有點單調，但晚餐很棒。所以整體來說，還是值得在此住宿。湖區景色很棒。」

「Whenever I go nainital, I prefer to stay in The Pavilion. Property location is very good,600-700 from main mall road. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very supportive. Food is delicious 」

「Property is in a very quiet, calm, safe place. Service and staff were very helpful and awesome.Great breakfast and dinner. The 2 major cons are the uphill and the distance away from mall road. We booked 2 rooms and one of the room was smaller in size and not a deluxe.」

「Awesome stay at solitude. The staff is amazing and food is also very nice. Its very secluded and sound of river is very relaxing. They don't server liquor so make sure you get your own stuff, but they can arrange if you have not bought it but it would take some time. The river is not ideal for bath as the rocks are too slippery but you can sit at the side and enjoy tea/beer/soup. They also have small track to almost private waterfall named paritaal which is also amazing. 」

「There is no parking facility. We stayed in R.N. 15 top floor on 13th June. Rooms are dirty, smelly and filthy. Wash basin in bathroom is broken. No geyser in bathroom which is a basic need in a hill station. They charge Approx. Rs 4000/- per day which is far higher as compare to facilities available.」
