“View was spectacular. Food at resort was primo as well. Beach is "open from 10-6" meaning if you want service, towel, or chair its 10-6. You can still take an early morning dip. Valet was chill, staff was chill. View again was great. Rainbow cafe is two/three doors down. Cool spot, but they party over there until midnight on the weekends. It is loud when they are partying and the bass shakes the whole block. Be aware of that. If you want to have dinner at the restaurant it closes at 8,……

“The hotel promotes breakfast included but this was such a dissapointment. Plain coffee, no juice, very minimal bread, ceral croissonts. Such a dissapointment on top of the beach being un-usable due to the sargassum. This could have been an area to make it up to guests and they failed here. ”

We had a wonderful view of the ocean and a great patio to sit on. The restaurant was incredible! The food was so fresh and so good. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all fantastic. We can't wait to go back again. ”

“La Villa Habiscus was fantastic. We stayed there for 2 weeks on our first vacation with our little one (5 months) and we could not have chosen a better spot. The room was large, clean and had a full kitchen that we used to cook many meals. Julie, the GM, was very attentive and accomodating. There was also a pool located just outside our suite that was very convenient for when we wanted to spend time at the hotel. The location was fantastic. She even made a reservation for the dinner at a great restaurant nearby. Location is pretty convenient for all the best beaches in St. Martin. We’re definitely coming back ! ”

“This was our first stay in Saint Martin. It was just one night, as we were going on a 7 day catamaran trip. The property was very nice, sandy beach with palm trees on the water side along with a large Tiki style restaurant. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, food and accommodations. The staff were friendly and helpful!”

“Partial Ocean View, kitchen had everything that was needed, room cleaned daily and beach was beautiful. Close to many restaurants,and a grocery store. Would stay again.”

“I had a great time. Every staff member is helpful and very nice. My favorite amenity was the swimming pool. It's shared between four rooms. But in reality it's like your private pool. Good breakfast (not savory, you have to pay extra for that), gourmet dinner. Merci, Esmeralda!”
