"Wonderful property with great location and excellent amenities. Beach is great for swims and walking. If you enjoy seeing boats of all types great vies from the beach or the large patio door. Very comfortable king bed and nice sized living room kitchen and eating area again all with a wonderful view of that unique St. Martin blue water. Short walk to Restaurants, Lolos, bakery and supermarket. Host were extremely accessible and accommodating."

"My family & I loved our time at Novels Villa. It was right on the beach and had beautiful views. The sunrises & sunsets were picture perfect, gorgeous.The location was very convenient-within walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery stores & bars. The house was fabulous-very clean with lots of towels (bath, hand & wash cloths). It had all the appliances we needed plus a well stocked kitchen. The bathroom showers were modern with great water pressure.Our local host quickly responded to our questions & when needed, were on site wishing 30 minutes. They were very gracious & couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. The only improvement I can think of would be if the outside shower has more water pressure. We loved Novels Villa & would definitely come back."
