“Loved our stay in a one bedroom suite! Our room was lovely, very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed eating our complimentary breakfast (very good) on our terrace. We often stopped by the pool area on our way back from the beach. It is beautiful and a great place to relax and cool off. The evening shuttle to Grande Case gave us the option to catch a ride, though we often walked as it’s close by and we enjoyed the walk. Many great restaurants in the area….we loved Java……

“Julie was extremely kind and helpful. She had suggestions of places to stay and see. We had a bit of an issue with our room on one of the nights and she took the time to show us other rooms and place us elsewhere in the vicinity, which felt above and beyond! All the rooms are gorgeous and feel like luxury.”

“While the resort grounds itself were beautiful, the staff and food were very lackluster. Upon our arrival, we found that our television was not working correctly and requested someone fix it so that we could watch television on the rare occasions that we were in the room. That request took almost an entire day to resolve. The only reason why we had a working television is because the woman from the front desk came with us to our room and fixed that for us. We did not know that the resort seems……

“Had a wonderful experience. Clean facility, courteous staff, restaurant and boat rentals on premises with a pizza place just outside the gate of the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.”
