“Exceptional people, great location, with a caveat. We stayed at Le Temps des Cerises in early July hoping for a quiet beachfront break. Sandy was incredibly helpful before and during our stay, answering questions and arranging taxis, and Margo, Jamal, and Nickola made us feel genuinely welcome. The room was bright, comfortable, and clean with excellent Wi-Fi. The beachfront restaurant served delicious, reasonably priced meals, and the beach staff provided towels and lounge chairs. “The room was not clean and there was ants everywhere. In our bed the table. It got all over our stuff and I couldn’t get in touch with the staff to let them know. I have picture to show. Very far out and not worth it.”

“The rooms are great and very spacious, the pool is so cute , breakfast is good . Reception staff Carla was very helpful and adorable but another lady we met the next day was not as friendly and definitely glad we got greeted by Carla and not that lady . Just know that the beach is full of seaweed and hard to even get into the water and the odor makes it hard to stay . We drove to the Dutch side for better beaches but still loved the hotel . Cleaning staff was always sweet and did an amazing job……

“Paulina and Jeremy were the most gracious hosts. They were always available for any requests or questions we had and we had a lot. The rooms were cozy and beautiful designed. Orient Bay Beach and Village was an 8 minute walk. There are many restaurants to choose from. Kontiki Beach Bar offered free beach chairs for hotel guests of Pomme de Cannelle. My only suggestion would be more space for clothes and toiletries. But overall an excellent experience, felt like I was staying at a friends……

“I loved this resort so much I would highly recommend!! Great service everyday they have diffent. Activities going on the day me and my friend arrive they had a live band performance and an open bar !! We are coming back next month ,only downside the beach was closed 💔 and it’s a bit far from all the clubs and other restaurants overall 10/10 experience !!”

“While this was a beautiful hotel with infinite pool, the French customer service is bad. House keeping keeps your room cleaned everyday. This hotel only have one restaurant so you can only eat twice breakfast with is buffet and then dinner. If you're a person who likes to stay at the hotel during vacation I recommend you find a hotel that offers more food options. However, there is food nearby you'll need a taxi. Overall, I enjoyed my stay outside of the restaurant.”

“The property was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The entire fleet of staff was remarkably professional,courteous and welcoming. The in-house restaurants were very clean, and the food was delicious! The rooms are spaceous, updated and well kept by the hospitality staff. JW Marriot is a 10+. We'll be back!”
