“Property was clean and well located. We especially liked that the upstairs bedrooms each had full bathrooms with showers, which is fairly rare near the beach in Orient. Ths home was well stocked with necessities. The pool area could us a little updating and a dryer would have been nice, but we all liked the property!”

“The apartment is wonderful. You do need a car. Parking is free, but spots are very tight/narrow, twisty narrow steep driveway. You need to be comfortable driving in tight/blind spots. Communication through the VRBO system is a PIA, not a fault of the owners. The VRBO website and app is not very intuitive, nor renter friendly.”

“Our home in Saint Martin was perfect for us. Very spacious and well equipped. While there are neighbours they couldn’t see them and they couldn’t see us. Emma, the property manager was very attentive and quickly responded to all of our needs. Because it is in a gated community up in a hill a car is highly recommended. It was Perfect for our holiday. ”

“This is a terrific away-from-the-crowd getaway. Minimalist in style, magical views, and the most amazing and attentive host, Pierre. The property sits at the top of a rather steep hill (note to mobility challenged). At the moment, it is surrounded by several houses and condos in various stages of construction. Consequently, the days can be noisy, but the evenings are bliss. Looks like it will be several years before the entire development is complete. Just be aware. The furnishings are……

“Nice place, decorated nicely, all kitchen tools there and downstairs very comfortable, close to everything. Down fall… no top sheets, heavy comforter, pillows were square and not comfortable, no water pressure. Unkept back yard. ”
