"stayed at Villa at Simpson Bay, PM Side,for 8 days! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, The location is fantastic—less than 8 minutes from the airport, The resorts security personnel was everywhere and very friendly , if you need a taxi they call one for you The staff was one of our favorite parts of the stay. Everyone was super friendly, positive, and welcoming. There are restaurants on the property, as well as a small on-site supermarket. The selection there is limited, but there is a larger grocery store less than a mile away. The resort shuttle will pick you up from the grocery store for free The resort itself is enormous, with multiple pools and activities spread throughout the different areas. We were so busy exploring that we only made it to movie night it was fun The boat dock is right outside the resort, and there is also an activities center where you can arrange excursions and other activities. Beach access depends on which part of the resort you stay in. For us, it was about a 3-minute walk. There is also a shuttle that can take you to the beach,They are not stingy with towels or beach chairs, and there is a staff member on the beach who helps set everything up for you. The air conditioning was ON POINT!!! We had an ocean view, and the view was absolutely beautiful. We could see the busy ocean and even watch the planes coming in and out of the nearby airport. The one negative was the internet. free Wi-Fi was not very reliable, but for a fee you can enhance"

"Stayed on the adults side of the resort. Bars are less busy, while atmosphere is more relaxing.. the adult-side pool bar has some top shelf such as patron etc which the swim up bars around did not have. Didn’t touch the liquor in the room it’s all wells/cheap which is common at AI’s. The food was pretty decent at the restaurants.. not great but good. The buffet was nasty! Clean though but just not our style food honestly. Also just to note all the restaurants are available to the kids too so our last night we had a very nice dinner at next to a screaming 2 yo -_-. It’s within walking distance to liquor stores, a convenience store that has everything, a strip club, a couple bars. We ate at the Asian cuisine and the air wasn’t working… it ended up coming back on during our meal but it was HOT I’m surprised my husband wanted to stay and eat lol. The complimentary buggy took us to the front of the resort and back every time we asked. Taxis available 24/7 with very reasonable prices. We’d come back!"

"Great location in Simpson Bay. The staff was very attentive and quick to resolve issues (like a broken faucet and broken hairdryer). They are investing in new elevators, which will be great since the current one that works (of two) has no AC and is super slow. I applaud their investment in updating these but wish it was fixed when I was there. The laundromat is reasonable at $2 to wash and $2 to dry - average smaller washer and good dryer. Would come back but maybe not for 10 days like last time."
