“Fantastic place to stay, was perfect for us when visiting Harrogate and North Yorkshire. Staff were excellent, super polite and helpful, showed us to our room and nothing was too much trouble during breakfast. Was nice to see staff take so much pride in their hospitality. Room was clean and stylish, extra points for a modern bathroom, with the balcony area being great for sitting out in the stars and chatting. Would happily go back here. “We stayed only one evening. Young woman on reception was friendly and smiley. Ordinary double room was very clean with a lovely soft comfy bed.
