“Such a relaxing place to stay. Very peacful. Great location. Very clean.Hope to return”

“We had a wonderful 6-night stay at Minnie's place! The home was spotless, cozy, and looked exactly like the photos. Check-in was a breeze with the keypad, and Minnie kept us well-informed of the scheduled garbage, lawn, and pest control services. We loved having space to spread out, and the ability to park in the garage was a huge bonus! The desk was perfect for setting up my laptop to stay in the loop with work, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook our own meals and warm up……

“The Flagstone Retreat is a nice home with a large living room and good- sized bedrooms. The furniture style fit taller people with the high kitchen chairs and bar stools. Two of the beds were on high platforms. There were plenty of pillows and blankets for comfort. We used the barbecue and it did great for the tri-tips, hamburgers and hot dogs. Negatives: The washer made an extremely loud noise for the first part of the cycle. The A/C was not turned on until an hour before check in so the……

“Every year we stay here. The place is always clean and has all the necessities we need for the week we’re there. The host go over and above to make sure you have everything you need.”

“nice place”

“Perfect for a family. Very spacious! Bigger than what we expected. Very clean. The house was equipped with everything you need and more!!!”

“Cute place. Great part of town. Very clean and homey”

“This property has 2 units. We booked the smaller one and ended up in the larger one. The switch was due to the smaller one not being ready yet from construction. This was arranged on the check in day while we were in route. The smaller unti we rented is listed as a one bedroom. After looking at it the pics are correct just deceiving. It’s more like a hotel room with a kitchen. The larger house is nice and roomy. The shared dock has shifted, from the shore being washed away. This seemed……

“Parking conveniently right outside door helped unload luggage effortlessly during nighttime visits, shower water pressure exceeded expectations contributing positively toward guest experience”

“The property is very private extremely clean and has everything you need to cook or relax and eat out. There’s a beautiful pool and a wonderful serene view of the river with chairs, lights and several games if traveling with family. you do share the property with other travelers, although it was still quite peaceful. it is also puppy friendly and the grounds are kept impeccably. The hosts were wonderful and I couldn’t say enough about how absolutely beautiful the view is.!! I will definitely be……

“The place was great and the host was very responsive.”

“Very clean and private location. The guest parking was a huge plus. The area was quiet and tucked away. Excellent set up for socializing inside and on the private patio outside. It is also pet friendly which we really appreciated.”

“Great location. Super clean. Responsive host.”

“My family loved this accomodation! The house looked even more beautiful in person than in the photos. It had many nice touches, and was very clean. Our family loved the welcome basket with things like wine, candy, and popcorn. Even spare toothbrushes were available for those who forgot to pack their's. We appreciated plastic dishes being avaliable for our children. The master shower was spacious, clean, and had great water pressure. The host was helpful and friendly. The home was in a convenient……

“House was very cozy and clean. Great stay and would definitely stay here again!”

“Property management was available and accommodating. While the neighborhood is a bit questionable, the property is located right in the river. However, when I booked I didn’t realize that we would be sharing the house with a different tenant on the bottom floor and another occupying the garage. We were even expected to leave an outside door unbolted to give access to the laundry room, which had unrestricted access to our living quarters - not acceptable! The house appears to be sliding toward……

“The place was clean, comfortable, and had easy access to Redding. I did find that because the room was actually attached to the house, that I could hear the people talking on the other side of the common walls and could smell their cooking activities from their kitchen in my room. I think the ventilation system must be connected somehow. So I'm gonna knock off a star for that. It would have been nicer to have the suite be in a separate guest house. But other than that, the experience was good. I……
