「It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. 「You really can’t beat the location—right on the ocean with easy beach access, and just a short walk to some great restaurants and charming boutique shops in Vero Beach. It’s the kind of spot where you can park your car and forget about it for the rest of your stay. The hotel itself is definitely on the tired side and could use some updating. Jetty park and beautiful beaches very close by. The restaurant, a separate attached business, was always hopping with great food and extensive bar with excellent staff. 「We were in a King room at this property. It was immaculate. The bathroom area is large and well appointed. The climate control was also very good with both AC and a dehumidifier. We were a bit disappointed with the bed as we felt, and let employees know, that the mattress should be replaced as we ended up in the middle of the bed in the morning. 「I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. The floor is old, the sheets and pillows are stained, the wash basin and shower room are visibly yellowed, the paint is falling off, the small refrigerator and microwave buttons are not working, it is simply a large disaster scene.
