The property was perfect for our two families. We loved our long walks on the beach, watching the sunrise, and collecting shells. The kids (and big kids) enjoyed the wildlife, especially the resident alligator.

The location was perfect. House had all the amenities we needed and more - very well stocked kitchen. Nice to have the beach chairs and bikes included. The beach was a very easy walk - perfect with a little one. The community had great ammenties. Felt very safe and friendly. The pass to the state park was a definite plus.

We've stay here before and loved it. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our plans this time due to Hurricane Debby. Ron was super nice to work with. I just messaged him, and he was very understanding and made sure we got a full refund for the week. I'd definitely stay at his place again.

Second time we have stayed here. Plenty of room for us and our three kids, with space to spare. Owner is very responsive to any questions. Great location, convenient to the beach access. Close to Beaufort as well. I’m sure we will stay again!

We have been coming to Harbor Island for years and have stayed on all parts of the island. We loved this location! We spent hours sitting on the back porch enjoying the beautiful views and the birds! The home was super comfy. Ron was great and responsive.

Great house very close to the beach. Easy walk to the boardwalk beach access. House has good screened in porches to relax and enjoy the views. Host was easy to communicate with for parking passes and other info. Would definitely recommend.

My family absolutely loves “the grey house”! This was our second time staying here and I know it will not be our last. It is the perfect size, wonderful location with good views, and very comfortable. Ron is so helpful and we appreciate him sharing his home with us!
