Kids and adults alike will love the fully finished basement featuring a game area with 2 multi-game arcade units and a multi-game foosball table. The basement also includes an egress window, full bathroom, two sets of bunk beds, a 55" smart tv, sofa sleeper and full laundry room. Fully remodeled kitchen includes beautiful granite counter tops, a coffee bar, large pantry closet, and all the amenities you could need. Plenty of dining seating between the large dining table, 4 stools at counter, and 4 person table in coffee nook.
All main bedrooms feature black out shades and ultra comfy mattresses from Puffy.
The property boasts dozens of board games and puzzles to stay busy on those nights in and just as many yard games and toys to occupy kids of all ages outdoors. We have beach chairs, toys, an inflatable Kayak, 2 stand up paddle boards, and a beach wagon to make your beach days perfect. Ride around our quiet subdivision on the bikes we have available for use (2 adult bikes and 3 kids bikes).
Fun Harbor features large grassy front and back yards. (Our yard is barrier free so if you are bringing a pup, please make sure to bring a leash or tie out if you plan to keep them safely within the property boundaries.) Perfect for yard games, quiet mornings sipping coffee or night time soaks in the hot tub. You might even catch a glimpse of the deer and turkeys that frequent the neighborhood. Share stories over the warmth and glow of a campfire in our built-in firepit and don't forget to bring stuff for s'mores!
Bringing a little one? We have a port-a-crib, high chair/booster seat and stroller available for your use, as well as dining and drinkware for tots.

***Since we are located in a quiet, family oriented subdivision we have a zero tolerance policy for parties and dogs who are left unattended/barking. Guests will be required to adhere to neighborhood quiet hours from 10pm-6am (outdoor noise). If the authorities are called, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be issued.
