The staff was caring and responsive to our needs. Cost was reasonable. The restaurant was great, serving fresh and a wide variety of vegetarian options. Location was great - 10 minutes drive to Har Ki Pauri. Ample parking.

Initially we got lost while following Google maps. We had to Google hotel phone number even though we had booked through Expedia.
We had purchased breakfast package. Choices were too many and food was good.
One negative experience was the frontdesk folks want us to have them call taxi so they get some percent.
Otherwise stay was good.

Stay was good .Hotel is also good but washroom architecture is bad while taking bath water is reaching to room becuase of drainage slop issue which can cause any mishappening .Problem reported to GM of Hotel based on which another room issued however observed same issue there in 2nd one also .So this was the bad experience there where basic amnties of hotel having issue otherwise hotel room and hotel was good.

Wenstayed here only one Night. Food was ok but not to my taste. Choice is Average for this kind of facility. Bathroom was clean but water was running out of the bathroom. Making everything wet. They need to add shower curtain and some kind of ledge so that water does not run out of bathroom.
