"It's a great hotel with proximity to historic places in Kashi. The hotel amenities are great, and the staff is excellent! We enjoyed the stay and highly recommend it. Mr Rajesh helps with local arrangements for almost everything. He is outstanding and helpful. "
"Outstanding stay, attentive staff, excellent services. Location is unbeatable, puts you in a peaceful central spot of a bustling city. Watching the sunrise over the Ganges from the hotel rooftop is an unforgettable experience. Will definitely recommend. "
"Conveniently located guest house overlooking Chauki Ghat. The staff were friendly and helpful, and a good breakfast was provided. The management were very keen to organise a transfer from the train station, although we suspect we may have paid over the odds for it."
"Hotel staffs are awesome !! They are always ready to assist. Though the walk from Main Street to hotel is a bit confusing but overall it was a good experience !!"

"The property is in the very narrowed lane of "Bangali Tola", which is a very dirty & congested area & you have to reach there walking long, asking here & there for the exact building but after reaching, your all anxiety will be relieved with the smiling appearance of 'Dilip', the boy who is always at your service to make your stay happy. This is actually a very ordinary staying destination for mediocre people, who plans to stay in Varanasi at low cost. The owner of the Guest House is Mr. Pradip...

"I can't say enough about our recent stay at Brijrama Palace in Banaras. We were there for Shree Kashi Viswanath Darsan, and from the moment we arrived, we were completely captivated by the palace's stunning location right on the banks of the sacred Ganga. It truly feels like a place that embodies the spirit of Banaras, and our time there was amazing.
The food was a major highlight. Chef Akhilesh is a genius in the kitchen—every dish was fantastic, but the Gulab Jamun was a true standout. It tasted exactly the way it's supposed to, with a genuine hint of rose. Our server, Bikas, was incredibly kind and took such good care of us in the restaurant. The best part, though, was when Chef Akhilesh came out personally to see how we liked the food and even offered to make us something we’d like for our next meal. That kind of personal attention is just incredible.
What really set this hotel apart was the genuine warmth of the staff. Traveling with our five-month-old baby, we were a little stressed about logistics. But the housekeeping team went above and beyond, kindly helping with sterilizing our baby’s milk bottles. Plus, they were so helpful in arranging a wheelchair for darshan for one of our parents who had accessibility issues. Their thoughtfulness took a huge weight off our shoulders and let us just relax and enjoy our trip.
The whole vibe of the palace is peaceful and welcoming. The staff's dedication to making guests feel at home is what makes this place so special. I wholehe"

"Worst experience ever, firstly they took for ver to check me in as they hadn’t received the payment while one of your agents also spoke to them and tried to confirm the payment was done but still they wouldn’t let us in for an hour or so and the gave us a bad room with wet, swollen walls and room was smelling muggy. Then comes the bed, pillows were dirty with stains and when pointed to the staff, they arrogantly says what’s wrong with it however they did change it for another shabby ones. Floors and bathrooms weren’t cleaned in months it looked like and to top it up, they wouldn’t let us checkout unless we paid for the rooms again after having paid for it on your website. Overall most terrible experience and horrible stay at this hotel. "
"The property is in a good location right on the river bank with direct access to the local food stalls and ghats. But the place was tired and run down, and a little dirty. What really let this place down was the lack of ammenities, no kettle, cups, glasses, old worn towels and sheets, broken chairs and tables on the terrace (but breakfast was good) unreliable wifi…and no data coverage on the bottom floor, toilet cistern would not fill. Understand it was only $60 per night but basic amenities were missing "
