This 1945 traditional Harkers Island cottage has heart pine floors throughout; two bedrooms; an office with a water view; a spacious, open concept kitchen, dining, and living area; and a nice bathroom. Located directly across from Cape Pointe Marina, you can put your boat in, fuel up, and be on the water in no time. The driveway area has plenty of room for multiple cars and boat trailers.

House was ideally located for us, since we needed to be at the Cape Point Marina early every day. Not a lot in the way of shopping or restaurants unless you drive 30 minutes to Beaufort. But the house itself was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well appointed. Plenty of towels for bathroom. Found the beds a little firm for my liking, but that’s a personal preference. Overall, very convenient location and the host always responded quickly to our messages. Thanks.

Wonderful Accommodations in a Quaint Seaside Town

My husband and I booked this listing for a work/vacation stay. The home has been beautifully remodeled and has everything you could want in a vacation home. It was wonderfully clean and I loved the openness of the floor plan. An added bonus was the office area, which came in handy for my work needs. Check in was easy and it was located near restaurants, stores, the ferry and only a short drive to Beaufort. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Perfect beach cottage

This was a very clean and cozy cottage. We went shelling on Cape Lookout and had a great dinner at Fish Hook Grill.We will stay longer next time and bring the boat, boat ramp is across the street!

Wonderful Home on Harkers Island

This home has an excellent location across from a Marina on Harkers Island. It has plenty of parking space. From the moment you walk in it feels like home. Very clean with everything you need. The check in and check out process is very easy and Kylie was great to quickly respond to any questions I had.

Excellent home

This house has a great location to Cape Lookout, Beaufort, and surrounding areas. It has a wonderful kitchen with the needed items and a spacious open floor plan. You can see the water from the front porch. Harkers Island is a quiet resendential area. We would definitely stay again.

My husband & I cannot say enough good things about our stay here! The hosts were so kind, responsive & accommodating. The house was clean, comfortable & had everything that we needed. The stylish decor & updated renovations throughout the entire house was also a huge bonus. The cherry on top was having the marina directly across the street (very convenient if you plan to bring/be out on the boat a lot during your stay). We can’t wait to come back!

My Mom and brother absolutely LOVED the House!! Very functional, stylishly decorated, super comfy beds and couches! The water view is beautiful. My brother loved sitting in the study each night and reading. The front porch is lovely with it's water view. The owners ....very responsive and helpful. They will be back in September!
