「優點：浴室有spa的裝置可以使用，房間內有小的流理台方便處理食物 缺點： 旅館位在海邊不遠，整體感覺很潮濕，不舒服。水質有點滑滑的，洗完澡也覺得沒洗乾淨。」

「The person at the front desk was bothered each time we asked for something. The floors in the room were filthy. The oven and stovetop were rusted and disgusting and could not be used. On the last day we were there, we found roaches crawling throughout the room. We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, and it has always been clean and well-kept with friendly, helpful staff. Will probably not book another reservation here.」

「The property has not been cared for. The area isn't the best area to stay in. I had booked for my daughters and grandkids and we ended up not staying. Wasn't offered any kind of refund. It was very dirty and the people hanging out drinking and smoking (not cigarettes). Felt unsave and the door to the rooms looked like it had been broken into. I would not recommend this place. The picture on the website does not match the property.」

「This was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The first room we were given smelled bad, and the bathroom floor was constantly wet, which made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable. We reported these issues to the front desk the following morning and were moved to a different room. Unfortunately, the second room had its own major problem—the air conditioning did not work. After already dealing with the issues in the first room, being moved to another room that lacked a basic...

「My husband and I stayed here for the weekend with our two children. It was quiet, and pretty clean. You could tell they are still in the process of making improvements to the place. But for the price we paid, it was better than expected. We also really only needed a place to shower and sleep the rest of the time we were on the beach or at the park across the street. It was a nice little weekend getaway.」

「We instantly noticed their beautiful cat, Mumu, when we checked in. It was nice to feel so welcomed as not all "pet friendly" places are friendly to cats as well as dogs. Christina could not have been nicer! When she realized we had 2 cats, she switched our room to the first floor to make it easier for us to settle in. We stayed four days and got additional coffee, cups and clean towels. We had been worried that our cats would escape if someone cleaned the room while we were away but she assured...

「The property was very nice, definitely cleaner and more comfortable than I expected for the price and area. Palm is just a couple blocks from public beach access, which is nice because parking anywhere at the beach, even most restaurants, is $5/hour. The heated salt water pool was an enormous plus, also very clean. having a balcony off of every room is unusual anymore and was used for morning coffee and people watching. Short walk anywhere and will take the kiddo next time (maybe).」
