“Very disappointing stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott. I paid $255 per night expecting a decent hotel experience, but this felt more like a cheap motel. The room was small and not properly cleaned, which is unacceptable at this price point. The biggest letdown was the view - as vou can see in the photos, it's basically a parking lot with a dumpster area. There's no atmosphere, no appeal, nothing you'd expect from a Marriott property. Overall, the hotel feels neglected and completely……

“Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After much conversation, were offered 1 room, never offered to "walk" us to another hotel nor provide a believable reason for why we were able to reserve if the rooms weren't actually avaliable and never notified of the issue until arrival. Manager seemed to not care whatsoever about the inconvenience. We are pretty sure they gave away our rooms to other guests and……
