Great Location, Small Details

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff was amazing. Highly communicative and always available and on top of things. Very clear instructions and everything was labeled for ease of use. The house needs updating in regard to tech as sound system did not work well and the houses needed a little cleaning of the floors. The views from the bedrooms was worth the money and the location close to the Bowdoin campus was perfect.

Perfect family destination

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location - very private with direct access to Harpswell Sound but less than a 15-minute drive into Brunswick. The house has plenty of room, is very well maintained and is incredibly well appointed - we've never stayed at a place with a better-equipped kitchen. Great for families with kids of all ages. MaineStay was responsive and dealt with the few issues we encountered.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Darcie: The family's visit to Maine and Mingo Cove proved to be a fun and easy trip this year -- including the stay at your beautiful home. We liked the place so much (including being to walk daily in a safe environment) that we would like to return next year. On that note, is it too early to reserve a week for next year -- June 21-28.
