Harrigan's Family Restaurant

I have been a guest at the Hotel St James several times. Room has always been clean and the housekeeping staff is very respectful, friendly and helpful. However, for the first time one of the front desk staff was not what I have experienced in my past visits, the rest of them were respectful and helpful. The hotel is going through some renovations but did not interfere with my stay. Bryant Park is just a couple of blocks away and it is a great place to sit and relax or enjoy a snack. There are several restaurants and shops nearby. I hope this was helpful.

We got room at check in but the room smelt pretty bad and we went back to the reception , we got another room . The staffs were super nice , but if the room had super bad smell , they should not be assigned to anyone .
