「10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. 」

「This was a perfect alternative to one night in a hotel on our way to Southern Oregon from Northern Washington. There were plenty of comfy beds, lots of room for all of us to spread out and have privacy when needed. It's a big place, super clean, very nicely appointed. 「The owner was very speedy with communication pre stay and answered all my questions. The accommodations were more than expected , very comfortable with everything you can possibly need. Close to good restaurants. The immediate neighborhood is littered and there are many questionable people walking around at night. It is very sad. The rental property is delightful and outshines the riff raft.I hope to utilize this rental again for my next stay. It felt like home away from home.」
