This condo is in a fairly remote area. It is not on the water, but it does have a nice view of the lake and marina. It is about a 30 minute drive to most restaurants.

Nice location with a beautiful view however we were not able use the fireplace or pool or get any help from Vacasa staff during our stay.

The living room rug and couch need replacing. Both smelled bad. We contacted Vacasa several times via phone, email and text. We asked that the stinky rugs and throw pillows at least be removed, but no one ever came by. We just received $250 for our inconvenience. We rent several Arrow Point units every year and will be looking for other alternatives. We hope this property owner invests in some new furniture or heavily invests in some deep carpet and upholstery cleaning. Problem could easily be solved.

Not as advertised. Pool closed for winter. Must drive to get to hiking or walking paths. No lawn furniture on the small portion of lake frontage that is not private. Harrison was a bust as all but 2 businesses were closed for the winter. Condo- cabinets don’t close. 1st bedroom has no room darkening drapes- like sleeping with the lights on.

Washer and dryer wasn’t working, tv in master was broken as well as the telephones. The comforter in the master was dirty. Everything needs an update. Very loud people upstairs and next door stomping around. Apart from that, nice view and location.

We loved the view and the lake. The unit was clean. The shower was still not fixed and only came out in a trickle. The washer and dryer were both inoperable (washer agitator was off and dryer lint trap had a large hole which caused clothes to get caught---fire hazard). Both have been reported to Vacasa.

I received very good service from those I had conversations with. The actual unit was pretty good, but I had trouble with the diverter for the shower from tub. The diverter never worked in the main bathroom. There was also a broken stool at the counter. I did talk to the se wonderful people and let them know of these things. They appreciated it and put in a ticket, but that would be for the next guest.

We had this unit for one week, two children, two adults. The layout was set up perfectly and a great amount of space for the four of us. Everything was in working order and there wasn’t anything we needed to figure out or needed help with. Thank you!

This was a very basic, but clean unit. Everything was super nice, though a bit dated. Only thing i would like to change is the Electronics, they are smaller and older. Over all i would love to stay again.

The view from room was the perfect spot to see the lake. The pictures of the resort on the website accurately represent the rooms you get. Although, the water heater didn't accommodate with our needs. In which the rooms and water were cold. Overall the stay was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mountain Lake Condo. Scenery was nice and condo was comfortable. everything was clean and beds were comfortable. The price for what we got was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay at the condo. Beautiful location. Condo was clean and comfortable. Only drawback is that there are no stores or restaurants close by, but well worth the drive just for the scenery. Only about 20-25 minute drive into CDA.

Although this location is approximately 20-30 minutes from Coeur d Alene, the views along the lake are spectacular. Well worth the drive. Also, nice to have a place for everyone to gather and visit in the living room and kitchen area. Could use a couple more chairs, but if the kids don't mind sitting on the ground it works great!

The location and views were amazing. The drive to the condo was breathtaking. The condo furnishings were very dated and the old carpet was dirty. We walked without shoes on the carpet and our feet were filthy.

The place was barely adequate but overall craftsmanship is poor. You can tell very little (if anything) has been done to the place since it was built and it is purely a money generator for a private party. There was garbage left in the compactor which was smelly, the televisions are dated and wholly inadequate considering current technology, television reception was poor the entire stay, the absence of any kind of recycling offering is appalling, the bunk beds appear to be on the verge of collapse as the ladders are climbed and there aren't any blinds on the windows in the sitting room which is unsettling. If possible could someone contact me regarding a refund? I was expecting much more and am sorely disappointed.
