Relax at this peaceful canal Tri-plex with owner/manager living above. Shared backyard or be secluded in other outdoor areas on the property, the beach, the 2nd bar. Plenty of water toys / bikes to keep you busy and places to go with Lake St Clair (great Fishing spot) and a Metro park five minutes away. No boat slip available, although can park truck with trailer on front rocks. Free shuttle service in Harrison Twp, the first full week in May-Sept during certain hours. Availability may change.
The space
Triplex on the water. With plenty of places to go with the metro park nearby. Take the paddle boat over to the wet lands and watch the birds or over to the black creek where all the boats anchor. Or just a picnic at the Metro Park. Come Fish our great Lake, there is plenty of room for 2 trucks with trailers on about a 40 x 60 ft. nice white rock area for parking.

Other things to note
There are three paddle boards. Two blow up kayaks, one tandem kayak, and one hard plastic child kayak. There are two adult bicycles and one tandem bicycle. There is also a trailer to attach to one bike for a small child or dog.
