“I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. It may not good for elderly people or people……

“This home has everything you are looking for in a rental- we rented it for the large enclosed yard for our two dogs, privacy (lots of room between this home and the neighbors), within minutes of the beach (2 min walk and a tram ride down!), and the open floor plan. “This place was amazing! The property is well kept and clean. The views were even better than anticipated. The only issue we had was that the house was hot. Unfortunately, we chose the hottest weather to visit. (95 outside 101 with heat index) The AC could not keep up and it was 80 inside the house. The property managers were very responsive and came immediately to look at the unit and provided us with fans. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we will be back! ”

“This is an awesome place to stay if you are going to South Haven and St.Joe/Silver Beach. Kitchen had everything together on one shelf to make my coffee cake and all the dinnerware needed to serve it along with a nice size dining room table. Stocked with coffee and creamer for every morning which was amazing!! Dishwasher with soap provided. Also has a washer and dryer with detergent. The first thing my teens did though upon entering was to find the games and set up twister! Our highlight though……
