Changing Seasons - Choose this immaculate 3 bedroom / 2 bath ranch style home for a memorable vacation. It is a scenic 10 minute drive to the Dreams Park or to Cooperstown Main Street shops & restaurants. This home sits on a gentle knoll overlooking a big back yard - enjoy family fun playing Bocce, baseball or croquet. Hardwood floors and a few family antiques add charm and warmth to this one-level home.

Amenities include a fire pit, fresh flowers, wildlife and pleasing landscaping. Enhance your outdoor enjoyment when you dine or relax on the open rear deck.. A game room has a pool table, along with lots of board games and entertainment items.

Close to Cooperstown

We came for my son’s tournament at the Dreams park and this property was a great location. It was close to the park but also restaurants and downtown. The home was clean and just the right size for 4 adults. We had fun playing with the pool table at night!
