「We booked online with a breakfast included and got to the hotel only to find out that because of some computer problems it didn’t show that our breakfast was included. Instead of being apologetic and helpful the manager spent a long time arguing with us about how we had purchased the wrong thing and that they couldn’t do anything because it was a computer problem. In the end Expedia reimbursed us for all the meals. Thank you Expedia.」

「The facility was ’ok’... not easy to locate... rooms were too porous to sound from the outside... staff needs some training in hospitality although the lady night manager was efficient and proffessional. Comfortable stay except for the noise. Shopping very nearby for those interested. 」

「It is a good place to stay, clean, right size rooms, and friendly staff. However, food needs to improve as there was very limited choice for people staying more than couple of nights. I wanted to check out earlier than 8 nights but did not get the right support from Hotels.Com customer care service which forced me to stay an extra night and pay commission fees for one night I did not stay. I would have appreciated more flexibility here. The immediate locality does not have shops and markets...

「Room is large and facilities are not bad. The only thing that might be a disadvantage is that when at night, until 1 am, in the room you could heard the sound from Karaoke bar. It’s noisy. Do not include tooth brush in this hotel. Breakfast you can choose whether western style or Japanese set menu. Internet speed is a little bit slow for me. Bed is a little bit hard for me. But not...

「Had to shorten my two day’s trip on account of a medical emergency back home. I had to literally beg them to allow me to leave the hotel. The refund was made after numerous efforts and wastage of time. Also the adventure activities the photos of which they exhibit here on the website do not exist at all. They are taking us for a ride. Go at your own risk. Disappointing stay. 」
