"Better than expected"

"Los cuartos asqueroso y sucio , no es el que rente , me cambiaron de habitación dos veces y todas sucias , el personal pesimo no sabían cómo trabajar situaciones, no tenía aire acondicionado, olor a cigarrillo , sábanas sucias y usadas "

"Room had a a bug in the bed , they had to move us as soon as we got there, there was a fowl humid smell in room and air didn’t work. The other room when the shower was on, the pipes made a horrific noise my husband said it was air in the pipes. And the second room we were moved I also had a smell. I think they should remove carpets. Towels had hair so I don’t know the last time they wash. Overall I don’t like to give bad reviews but this one had to be told. The breakdowns the staff was great though despite these. "

"A great experience staying at the Madison. The breakfast was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of parking. Amazing staff."

"I was disappointed that there were no bath towels in the bathroom. There hand and wash towels but to large towels. Yes, I’m sure the staff would have brought them to me but I was in no position to come to the door. Also, had trouble with the dead phone until I realized it was plugged into the internet receptacle."

"The staff at the Hampton Inn & Suites Teaneck/Glenpointe are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The breakfast team, in particular, makes the experience memorable. Senaida stands out for her kindness and attentiveness—she truly represents what hospitality is all about. I have no complaints about the facilities, and the location is excellent, with easy access to Manhattan (about a 20-minute bus ride). If you want to experience the kind of genuine hospitality that feels harder to find these days, this is definitely a place worth staying."
