The communal stairway is shared with our lovely long term neighbours, they're friendly and have a cat that comes and goes so please do not be alarmed if you turn up to a cat sat outside their door (1st floor) - so far the cat hasn't ventured up the next set of stairs.
The flat has been completely refurbished offering a good size open plan living/Dining Room with a 40inch Smart telly, leather sofa, coffee tables, large table and chairs, hanging lights pendent lights, exposed brick wall and art work by the under ground artists Pyky.
Two large double glazed velux windows (good sound insulation from the street below) open out to the front of the property allowing you to immerse yourself with the going ons of the unique George Street from a distance.
