"The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast crew was amazing, even at the busiest of times. The room was much smaller than I expected, this room would be good for one person with minimal luggage. It was extremely tight for 2 people and 2 bags. The area surrounding the hotel is full of lots of nightlife. It is a good location fairly close to Shinjuku station."

"Excellent location, in the middle of Shinjuku, near different train / metro station exit. There is an airport bus terminal next building. The staff is helpful and polite. As this is a multi-storey hotel (27 floor), there are lots of guests going up and down. Please make sure to reserve time to check out. (The hotel has kindly notice in advance)"

"I stayed for 2 nights. My room was a nice size and very nicely furnished. I had a hard time adjusting the room to a comfortable temperature- I think it is very eco friendly so it took a long time for the room to cool off. Fortunately I had a water bottle with me for taking drinking water to the room. It would be nice if they would resupply the coffee powder each morning, there were only 2 sticks. Again fortunately I had my own. They could leave a small bag on the door handle or offer them at the counter by request. They had a coffee machine in the lobby but that is not as nice."
