"check in was fast and easy. The rooms were comfortable and the free breakfast was very good as well. The location worked perfectly for the event I was attending. Check out was a bit slow and may be the only thing that I could point to that wasn't excellent."

When I got home and looked at it, it only reflected the $100 deposit and credit. I sent an email requesting a copy of the charge but never received a response."
