「We loved and enjoyed the entire place, very comfortable, great layout, great amenities, great kitchen and bathrooms, great communication with Stephanie. The only issue was the couches - they are obviously very old and unfortunately they smell old. Nothing personal but I avoided sitting on them. 」

「Nice ranch with cows greeting us on the road! Gordon was very attentive to our needs and helped out with anything we needed! A few suggestions I would make to help guests have a lovely stay. Move fire pit away from window of Ferriers quarters so that the light from fire and noise from people doesn’t interfere with a good night’s sleep. Top sheets were appreciated thank you! A flat pan to cook pizza would be awesome! Finding a way to turn off icemaker on fridge would be helpful! Cleaning lady was...

「The ultimate base for hiking in Bryce National Park. Close to the entrance to the park and at the same time located in a quiet and pleasant area. The host is a pleasant person who constantly wanted to help and was available for us. The apartment has everything a couple could ask for. There are also 2 teenage beds so the apartment can also be suitable for families with children. Highly recommended!」

「My husband and I wanted to visit Bryce Canyon National Park but do not love dealing with people on vacation. This place was perfect. It was 30 minutes away from the park and tucked back on some farmland. We were greeted by the cattle the second we crossed the cattle guard and surrounded by nature the entire time. The Tack Room was super cute and clean. It was well worth getting the kitchen to be able to cook during our two night stay. Definitely would recommend!」

The home is as pictured ~ very clean, latest appliances, lots of space, great water pressure, comfy memory foam beds, plush/soft towels and a beautiful master bathroom! 「The location of property is excellent, right next to a ski lift and forest, excellent for afternoon snow play. Property is small but well organized, kitchen is well stocked. Nice new appliances, lot of blankets and towels. Board games and a very cozy atmosphere. Our kids love the Big "Yeller" stuff dog and other decorations. Bunkbeds with king & single and even pullout single bed was good idea for a small space but not very sturdy. Slight movement on the upper bed shook the lower king bed....

「positives: host was very responsive, location close to ski resort, studio is small but recently renovated. negatives: our beds were not made upon arrival and we didn't have enough sheets to make the beds ourselves and the sheets never came because of an argument with the cleaning staff. The queen air mattress also leaked slowly throughout the night. I think both those things can be fixed easily and then this place would be 5 stars.」
