"This is a great place to be on Miyajima Island. It is remote on the top of the mountain, on the other side of the island from the ferry terminal. So getting around the island is a bit of a challenge. However, Kenji is a great host, it's a magnificent place to get away with spectacular views. "Stayed here for one night to experience Miyajima without the tourists. Was a wonderful stay and really enhanced our trip. Used the on site onsen which was a real treat after many days of walking long distances. Staff were friendly and polite and allowed us to store our bags the following day so we could go up Mt Misen. Loved the traditional Japanese rooms. Wasnt a fancy hotel but that's not what we wanted. A great low cost, high quality stay. Highly recommended."
