"Stunning property, such a huge garden, the pictures don’t do it justice! So much space, the pool and hot tub are fab and it was great to have a few BBQs and make use of the pizza oven. The cottage is beautiful and quaint and stays nice and cool in the heat. Beautiful rural area and close to amenities and not far from Chinon. Would highly recommend!"

"We have just returned from our wonderful holiday at this beautiful Gite in a lovely rural area of France. Amanda & Graham were the perfect hosts and went above and beyond to ensure we had the most relaxing stay with the use of their pool and sunbeds. The welcome gift of wine and treats was very much appreciated after our long drive from England. Easy access to the motorway is close by for day trips out. We particularly enjoyed visiting La Rochelle and Poitiers and doing everything French...

It does not have air conditioning (just one ceiling fan in conservatory), the listed restaurants nearby no longer existed or only open for lunch, rickety spiral staircase to two of the bedrooms and bathroom is downstairs only. "We had a short stay as a family here during a trip to the area. It is a lovely, peaceful property and well laid out. We had a great check in experience with the friendly concierge who explained everything to us. We also briefly met the owner who was helpful and friendly. The house is in a very nice setting and we enjoyed having the swimming pool for a nice relax in the afternoon after a day of exploring! We found the space and amenities of the house more than enough for five adults."
