"Cute, clean, well appointed cottage! Communication with host excellent. Great location just a few minutes drive to FSU! Bed was comfortable with high quality linens. Very clean bathroom, kitchen and living space. Perfect for one or two people. AC nice and cool! Everything new. All in, definitely recommend. Enjoy your stay in Tallahassee! "This was a new listing with no reviews, but we booked it anyways because we needed a place where we could park two cars filled with dorm stuff. We were told it was a gated community and there was a garage we could use. The gates never closed, but thankfully both cars fit in the garage. "We have stayed at this property several times when visiting FSU. It is close enough to campus and very convenient to numerous restaurants. The house is very quaint and the neighborhood is quiet. On this last visit, Ryan was very accommodating to our schedule changes and was responsive to the chats."
