“The room was far from spotless. Dirt in the corners of the bathroom. Bath mat was dirty. I asked for more towels because we only had on set for two of us, we were given one more bath towel not wash rag or hand towel. There was a screw loose on the shower faucet that my husband nearly cut his finger on, he screwed it back in though. Asked for more coffee, as we only got one and were there two nights, we did not receive any. The room was VERY noisy. adjoining room wall was like tissue paper!……

“Room was great - modern hotel with everything virtually new. Staff were friendly and free breakfast is great. The location is great too, being the closest hotel to London Bridge. The only point to note is that rooms on the highway side of the hotel are quite noisy. The side with the bridge views is much better.”

“Had a wonderful time. Rented a pontoon twice - very reasonable. Room was clean, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Pet friendly. Some restrictions on hours at general store, and coffee bar due to off season”

“The facility is NICE! Our room was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were good for a great nights sleep. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The amenities were good as well, although the refrigerator was too cold and froze our fruit that was on the bottom shelf. The water view we had from the second floor was AWESOME as we drank our coffee and tea in the morning. Google has the hotel's address being in Needles CA, which I believe is incorrect, so beware of that.”
