“Friendly & courteous welcome at reception. Room was well equipped, clean, warm (ideal for a winter stay) with wndows that open if required. Microwave as well as kettle supplied and a litre bottle of water! Full choice for Breakfast was included and cooked fresh not a buffet type! 2nd time of staying and will use again if I am in the area or using Norwich Airport - Short Taxi ride. A relaxed,quiet atmosphere - very comfortable stay. ”

“What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Breakfast was lovely, huge croissants. Honestly can’t fault anything. I’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again, I want to try one of the other rooms as they’re all……

“We really enjoyed our visit. The only thing we could say is the bed in room 103 could do with replacing, quite uncomfortable. The bathroom should be updated, along with a new bed would make the room excellent. The food we found to very good and overall we will definitely recommend The Black Boys hotel, thank you.”

“Clean room, good car park - would stay again. Only criticism was that the superior room I was upgraded to had 2 beds stuck together, which was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.”

“The property had staff that were helpful and polite we arrived early and the chap let us check in and order us a taxi to get into town . When it was late he kept us informed. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed . The shower products were lovely . The breakfast selection was fab and the morning staff were chatty. The hotel needs a complete overhaul it is dated and tired looking which I can imagine is disappointing for the staff that work hard . They deserve……

“The room was very clean and tidy. On the booking it didn't say there breakfast, but when I got into the room there was a lovely breakfast bag. The car park was small but was adequate. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to stay there. Also the staff were very helpful ”
