The room was gorgeous, the property manager, Fareshteh was helpful and friendly. Having a store, coffee shop and Duke’s restaurant on the property was so convenient. Can’t wait for the next trip.

Great Penthouse Condo

This penthouse 10th floor unit was a great place to stay. Beautiful views of West Maui Mountains and partial ocean views. Communications with property manager was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Best Vrbo in maui

We love to stay at the Honda Kai with our family. The property is beautiful with spacious pools, great wait staff and it’s just steps from the beach. The room was amazing, two bedroom was perfect for my family of 6. The host was the best. Great communication from start to finish and made sure our stay was comfortable. We will definitely be returning

Great place and location!

Owner was great to deal with, especially when they unexpectedly changed the lock system earlier than anticipated and we weren't able to get in. Fereshteh took care of it right away and was very responsive. Location and resort are awesome, and we were provided with everything we could possibly need in the condo. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing space & resort

We really enjoyed this spacious unit and the wonderful resort amenities! Our family loved the 3 pools, hot tubs, water slides and waterfall pools, the boardwalks out to the beach and snorkeling was awesome! We saw sea turtles and lots of fish! Getting towels was so easy, parking was easy, & Duke’s Restaurant with the tiki torches was the perfect atmosphere for our anniversary dinner! We loved our stay here- our boys loved the 3 TVS- one in every room! We had a wonderful stay!

Penthouse Perfection

We were overjoyed to have found this property listing and can guarantee that we will be back! The spacious 2 bedroom condo was perfect for 2 couples and our 2 infant children. The host was extremely responsive for any questions or issues that arose and made amends instantly. They had additional amenities included in the condo for free and the resort did a great job of keeping everyone safe and healthy. It was the perfect getaway to cure our winter blues!

My family had a great time in Honua Kai. The unit was very clean and well stocked, including kids sand toys, boogie boards, beach towels etc. We found almost everything we needed. Fereshteh was very nice to bring us even more items we've asked for kitchen. Communications were always fast and clear. Thanks Fereshteh! Amazing pools for kids with water slide. The resort property itself is very clean with beautiful landscape. We've enjoyed our time and will definitely come again.

Incredible stay!

My family of four stayed in this incredible property. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The resort is perfect for a family or couple. We ate at Dukes multiple times during our stay! Food was good and best was we never had to leave the resort for lunch or drinks. The pools and ground including gardens are very well maintained and clean. Staff if super helpful and nice and made us feel at home. Property manager, Fereshteh is very responsive and nice. Made sure we had everything we needed. She is very organized! This particular unit has nice mountain views and we say rainbows often! We can't wait to come back for another vacay and rent again.

Beautiful Condo and resort - It's what amazing vacations are made of

Our family, (two parents, two teenagers, and grandma) all stayed at this beautiful condo. It is exactly how the profile indicates and more. It is to clean and beautiful. I had a really hard time leaving. The grounds are full of amenities and there is everything you need right at your fingertips, including a small store in the lobby that serves great coffee. All of the staff are wonderful, and the guests are so friendly as well. I can't not say enough about how wonderful this condo was. Fereshteh is a wonderful host, and has a beautiful place. Lovely stay - can’t wait to return

Our 2nd stay here was a delight and we can’t wait to return! The room was beautiful and spacious. While I was initially bummed that ocean-view rooms were not available, the mountain-view room ended up being a blessing in disguise as we had a front-row view of a huge rainbow almost daily, which was very special. The kitchen and supply closets were impressively equipped. Aside from a few dings (the dishwasher bottom rack was a bit broken and we had some issues with the dryer), our room was perfect. Beautiful property— spotless entrance, foliage and huge, well-maintained pools. Loved going to the jacuzzi every night. Great location with walkable access to the beach, nightly food trucks, and super quick drive to many stores, Whalers village, and local attractions. Staff were all a delight. Ualani at the front is a gem and Freida was a pleasure each morning in the lobby. We emailed a few questions to guest services during our stay and we were always responded to so quickly no matter what time of day. Needless to say, we’re delighted with our recent stat and look forward to many more.

Good unit in a great condo complex.

We have stayed at Honua Kai several times before. This is a great unit on the top floor with views of the mountain and a distant view of the ocean. The unit is well layed out and plenty of room for a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 teenage children). There are beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler for your use. If you have an infant, the unit also has a high chair and diaper disposal. The only issue that we had was related to the cleanliness of the unit. The unit was poorly cleaned upon arrival, but once it was highlighted to the property manager a cleaning crew arrived the next day to clean the unit to our expectations.

The room was excellent. We loved every minute in and out of the room there.😁♥️👍

Our flight was late,but our broker took excellent care of us.. The bell hop had our wrist bands and parking pass for us. He explained everywhere available to use our wristbands for towels,gym, and doors in the basement parking. He helped us find our room too. The room was really clean and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of linen for the whole stay there too. They have everything you need. If wanted a trip around the island or go to the beach there was a cooler ,lawn chairs and boogey boardsto use. It made are day when traveling the island. The amenities in the room were perfect. The TV's were hooked up with amazon firesticks. The grounds are great for families with or without children. My son had a wonderful time even with his disability. He was welcomed everywhere. Thank you so much. Would have booked longer if we new it was such a wonderful time. At least another week. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful property.!
